Transport

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders: standard ground, expedited 2-day, and priority overnight (where available).

Standard ground is free on orders over $99. Express 1-2 day shipping is $19.99 flat. Priority overnight is calculated by weight at checkout.

We ship to most countries. International standard shipping is $24.99 with 7-12 business day delivery. Express options appear at checkout. Duties and taxes are pre-paid for select destinations; otherwise the courier collects them on delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

A tracking link is included in your shipment confirmation email. You can also see live status from Account → Orders → Track.

If a tracking number has not updated for more than 7 business days, email [email protected]. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either refund or reship the order at our expense.
